Returns Policy

At Zalvyn, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@zalvyn.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
